APR Stage 3+ That torque curve!

Looks like the Stage 3+ kit is pulling consistent 475hp runs now. Torque is looking sweeeeet!

Arin you are tempting me with that twin scroll Borg!:D

What else is needed with 3+ on top of the stage 3 setup?

I believe APR also recommends internal engine upgrades at this point. Though I think we've only seen one car pop at this hp range (the 10.5 1/4 R). (also not 100% on what exactly broke on that car)

Here is another. APR Stage 3+ EFR7163 Turbo System, fueling, intercooler, midpipe and intake. Stock catback exhaust. Four dyno pulls at 477, 472, 474 and 468 whp. HSTuning

Does not APR require you to have have this installed by one of their dealers? I bet the labor/tuning itself is 4K plus...?

Kit includes tuning at $5400 or $4999 for current APR tune customers. Fueling $1499 required for maximum power. Install a bit more involved than a TTE but likely right there with the BOSS kit.

If the kit is required to be installed by authorized dealers it's likely to preserve the company's reputation which I could understand.

I was looking at this but the price plus potential tearing the engine apart to install AF internal parts is kinda making me leaning towards naw.

That is the point. Great kit, but most are not going to pay that premium. We need more kits and data at DIY pricing. I started a thread already.

Nice numbers and considering it matches stock peak torque by 2800rpm it's still quick to spool. Very tempting and I'd love to see more dynos from straight stage 3 (no fueling) cars
