OEM Base Carriers w/ Modded 44" Thule fairing and Thule Bike Carrier.
So because I spent 35k on a car and own a $300 bike I seem to have my priorities off? So according to your standards, I need to drop 3 stacks on a bicycle to MATCH my $35k car. Seems like your priorities should really concern your owns ? [emoji53]The only problem is $40,000 car with a $300 bike. I have a $26,000 car and a $2,200 bike, priorities.

My personal opinion.. VW Racks looks better. But that's just my opinion:Any recommendations on OEM rack vs Thule/Yakima? Thinking about dropping some of $500 dealer card on the VW rack.

1st.. I love my car, it's a daily. I'm glad I own it.
2nd.. I surf more then bike. At the same time I like to go for frequent bike rides just cause I like to. Am I a hardcore cyclist? Of course not. Do I feel the need to buy a $2k bike if I'm barely going to use it ?
Finally.. congrats on your $20k car and $2k bicycle, I mean if that's what your into. But to bash on another's man lifestyle because he's not up to your life style seeeeeems pretty low. But to each their own.
I rather spend the 2k on my college courses. But [emoji482]

OEM Rood Rack /w Kuat Trio rails
This setup works really well for my bikes, and pretty aero too
This might be a really stupid question, but do roof racks need any sort of permanent faster? Screws, bolts, clips that will scratch paint etc
