Just go to a site that shows exploded part diagrams and part number and look it up. One of many sites: https://www.worldoemparts.com/world-vw-parts/

I broke the clips on mine. You can get the clubsport version which a direct replacement for cheaper than the base leather one if you buy it from e-acca. Here is the part number. 5G1711113FWEJ
It has an Alcantara boot and a slightly different font on the shift pattern.

George posted incorrect info, it's actually the shift knob you need. The silver trim comes attached to the shift boot/knob. The trim is different between DSG and Manual, but universal across models.
5GM711113DCBR - OEM GTI 6spd
5G1711113ECXV - OEM Golf R 6spd
5G1711113FWEJ - OEM Clubsport Alcantara 6spd

The standard Golf models use a slightly taller selector lever, but the knob will fit. The knob will however sit a little lower resulting in a slightly shortened throw.
5GM711113CMIT - OEM Alltrack/Sportwagen4mo/TDI 6spd
5G0064230 - OEM Golf accessory 6spd
