What are people paying for spring installs? I just got an estimate for $800 plus the cost of springs from a local performance garage. My local VW dealer is giving me the run around for pricing and warranty. Will not commit. Guess I could always do it myself.

$800 is ridiculous, I paid $200 for springs install on my Evo not too long ago and will be going back to the same shop for my GTI.

lol, donít go to the dealer. Theyíre called stealerships for a reason.

Your dealer canít warranty it because itís not made for GTI, so donít bother asking.

Just buy the springs from DAP and have it installed at a trusted indie mechanic.
