It’s rather complicated. It’s a replacement for a 2017 Sport GTI I had which had a blown turbo/motor. I decided to go the AWD route for the winters we have up here. I’m just looking for someone thats in the market for a brand new 18 right from the factory and wants it cheap. Dealers wont accept it for trade in as its too new.

As long as you haven’t taken delivery you can walk.
Also the dealer not accepting it as a trade because it’s new makes no sense.

It’s a warranty replacement for my 17 GTI... nothing missing. I’m moving to a RS. Selling the car private vs. trying to trade it in. Someone who wants a 18 GTI Autobahn can save a couple grand buying from me vs the dealer thats all.

Why can't you just get your money back (instead of the replacement) and walk away from the car all together?
