Loose evap lines?

So I just put on my coilovers but I notice when I removed the rear passenger fender liner some clear wire was just hanging there? I’m not sure If it’s supposed to be hanging or connect to anything but the other side is connected by where the gas cap is.

Clear wire or tubing? Gas cap assembly drain tube, it just rest over the liner

Yea clear tubing and that makes sense
