Denso IKH24 or NGK RS7?

I run them. They work. That's all that matters IMO. I bought them straight from NGK and got a free tshirt :)

I think Denso sucks and see several people have issues with the RS7 plugs so I vote run neither.

I agree the Denso plugs suck. Next time I replace plugs I'll get those. At how many miles are you changing them? I've been changing mine every 25,000 miles.

Pretty sure the NGK Rutheniums are the same heat level as stock, so maybe not great for bigger turbos & higher boost?

I tried the Densos and they were too cold for just a stg2 IS20, I just looked at their color after 4000 miles and threw them out.

Except....they are great. :confused:

..then perhaps going colder in heat range is not something anyone should worry about..? :confused:

I thought every tuner was calling for colder plugs, but I know for sure the Densos were TOO COLD for me.

..or it was cause I don't keep the engine at the red line :)

What is the heat range for the stock plugs? I thought it was 8 and the Ruthenium plugs are 7.
