I have the aFe CAI with the dry filter. So much easier to clean than the K&N oiled filter.

I have the Afe dry filter. Can't say I really noticed a difference over stock but it was cheap so what the hell why not.

I've been using a for about a year now...seems to be working fine. I haven't noticed anything coating the inside of the inlet tube.

^^^You won't get anything coating the inside of the tube with a K&N either....

I’ve had one for 6 months. Really not sure it’s any better than stock filter. Better than K&N due to lack of oiling to clean.

I’ve seen a thin film on the walls of the intake tube with K&N filters.

i had it on for about 1000 miles and then i bought an injen intake. I didnt feel any performance gains but mpg seem to be have went up a hair.
