Will these fit 2017 Golf R?

Looking to buy a set of these locally for a great price. I want to make sure they’ll fit over the brake calipers and have a compatible offset. From and Audi TT. Seller said he measured the bolt pattern out to be 122mm but I feel like he measured wrong since the stock pattern is 112mm. Offset is 52mm. Thank you!

They'll fit. Assuming they're actually 5x112.

After reading the thread posted by XM above, it looks like the offset is going to interfere with the suspension components.

You can use a spacer, a 3MM will probably do it.
