I’ve seen them for around $160 CAD ($120 USD) each.

I agree, I mentioned the same thing on ecstuning post on Vortex. I have a set on order for my 15 TDI. I bought a used set of factory 19" Golf R from a member on here but after sending payment I never heard back from him. I ended up getting my money back just yesterday.

Is there any place to silver 18" Pretoria reps\lookalikes in the US? I saw that Replika R195 wheel, but can't find a place to get them in the US.

I'm wondering if anyone has tried a 235 width tire on the OEM Pretorias? From the photos, the wheels look a bit wider than a typical 7.5. Even the Michelin pictured above (which tend to run pretty wide) seems to have a tiny bit of stretch.

I'm looking at a set of these for an R for winter and going back and forth between 235/40 and 215/45.. I just want a bit more sidewall then 225/40.

Just weighed my 18" Pretoria wheels that came with my Rabbit Edition, and they came in at 45.4 lbs with tire. The factory Bridgestone RE97AS have a listed weight of 22 lbs. Factor in wheel balancing weights, and the Pretoria wheels are 23 lbs at most.
