1.8 vs 2.0 intake manifold differences

i called my parts guy. 06L133201T is my R intake manifold and 06L133201AS is a 1.8t intake. i have no idea if the part #s have changed year to year
so far the cross references the AS part # fit 1.8 and 2L seems like it might not be ea888.3, ill have to grab the number off the intake when i pick it up

I bet it will work fine, the new part # is ok for the gti and the GTI works fine on the R/S3, I ran my gti intake on my S3
