Night Blue GTI Sport

Went out for some milk and came back with this night blue mk7 GTI sport 6MT. She is bone stock at this point. I've had a love for these cars since the mk4 r32. I am really excited to get to work on this thing!!

Things I plan on doing in the next month or two.

1. Cobb Accessport w/ MAPerformance OTS Stage 1 Tune - On it's way!
2. Clutch Upgrade from FCP Euro - Gonna go ahead an do it to prevent ruining my flywheel.
3. Clubsport S Muffler: Gonna try to source from cars245. Thanks Derushi!
4. Snow tires. I am pretty set on nokian hakkapeliitta r2. Then I'll just buy a new tire and wheel set next spring.
5. Lowering springs - Haven't decided on a brand, don't want to go so low that it drags on speed bumps or anything. Probably gonna wait till spring as well!


I'm in in Denver, CO area. This picture was taken up in Rocky Mountain National Park. I would love to hookup with fellow VW enthusiasts in the area.

I think you might have looked at the wrong part number. It's in the high 300s USD shipped to the USA.

Ha, I was just looking over that thread. Yeah, $300ish is alot more manageable. I do really like the sound of them. Thanks!

Here's what I've done since I've last posted!!

Michelin Alpin Pa4 snow tires.
Cobb w/ Maperformance Stage 1 tune.
ECS Tuning clutch kit : Bleeder block and line.
Diesel Geek Short Shifter.
BFI Dogbone insert.
Neuspeed RSE10 with Michelin PSS, waiting for better weather to throw them on the car.

Up Next:
Clutch: Still on the fence on which one.
Downpipe: probably Maperformance.
BFI engine mount.
