Best sway bar setup F:R for Golf 1.8?

So, something tells me the 30mm front sway bar I had on my last car is too much for the Golf. What setup are you guys running with good results? I'm looking at this for the rear http://store.blackforestindustries.com/mk7oemperesw.html

Currently the body roll on the base golf is too much for me.

Not sure and front sway bar, but Golf R rear doesn't fit a FWD Golf. GTI ones fit.

Who's doing 30 mm sway bars for the Golf?

it was a Porsche 944, just comically large sway bar compared to the one on my Golf

Why does VWVortex say it fits then? Volkswagen Golf 2017 S, Wolfsburg Edition 1.8L L4 - Gas

Also isn't the 21.7mm sway bar the same on the GTI w/PP and the R or no?

R is shaped to accommodate the rear diff.

Is PP rear around 22.something mm?
Larger than Non PP GTI some I think.

PP GTI bar is 21.7mm, stock rear golf bar is 19 I believe
