Door Seal misaligned?

Any Idea how this would happen and how to correct?
No evidence of any damage, the front and rear door panels themself match up perfectly.



On my rear passenger door(RHD, behind driver)


the outer seal is sitting more, errr outwards? which causes it to not seal, and the B pillar sticks out abit from it.











you can kinda see on the B pillar it is more forward on the rear door.








other side is perfect

think you will need the door to hinges realigned or checking against factory spec.

or a new seal fitting by the looks of it
