Changing Tail lamps on EU Golf 7.5 from standard LED to dynamic LED

Hi,
Does anyone know if it's possible to plug&play change standard LEDs to dynamic LEDs on European facelifted Golf 7.5?
I looked at EU regional forums but it's pretty much deserted.
I also read "MK7.5 OEM LED Tails" monster thread, but it's about converting US to EU, which is not the case here.

It’s not plug&play. Connectors and some Pin locations are different, you need more wires, and coding. The VW retrofit kit needs to be connected to the BCM and coded at the dealership. It’s also possible to use an adapter harness and code via VCDS or obdeleven.
