7.5 R IS38 Turbo Reliability

Now that VW have been through several revisions of this turbo have we had any reports of issues on the latest revision found in the 7.5 R whether stock or tuned?

Done 38k on mine tuned stage 2 APR with zero issues, would have thought if it was going to go it would have went by now.

I know of 2 06K145874F and G that has blown both tuned.

I thought 06k145722S was the latest version. At least that's what in my car. Interesting.
