Borla exhaust doesn't fit?

Hi, so I'm installing the Borla catback exhaust and the Borla front pipe doesn't go over the OE piping. Am I doing something wrong or is the Borla front pipe defective?

Also can I run without a catback for a day or two?

Don't think they slide over each.
You use an exhaust clamp that goes over each pipe and makes connection.
Exhausted supplier should have clamp.
Or ECS Tuning, or local muffler shop, or VW parts counter.

Looks like the pipe is the same size as the OEM pipe so in this case you would use the OEM butt clamp that you took off to join the downpipe to the catback.

I have the Cat-back and DP and both fit perfectly. Love the sound too. Hope you get it in soon.
