Lemon law is for when the car has an issue that can't be fixed.
I'm not sure that the car being in an accident and being repaired qualifies for misrepresentation, but that of course depends on the documents and im no lawyer. How bad was the accident that it was in?

It's not affecting the function of the car but the quarter panel and door was previously damaged for sure and it was getting dull from previous repair and the overspray looks obvious now that I know it is there. I don't think I'll get a buy back but I'm a bit bummed and lost motivation to mod a damaged car since I don't know if the previous damage will affect me later. The lawyer said based off the collision estimate, it's not that bad. I guess over $1500 or more possibly with internal to get it done right isn't that bad??? Why? Might have to switch lawyers. Lol.

Looks like brand new. Pictures don't do justice. Like 9.9 condition. Firm with the price cuz they really look good and will get a mk7.5 if I can get a lemon buy back or just install if nothing happens.
