Diggs, I took 3 logs this morning using GTIFrank's settings.
2nd gear:

It looks like I'm pulling timing around 6k? Any suggestions?
Logs look good dont worry to much about a little timing pull relog to see if it changes and adjust if it gets worse or bothers you.
I'm still relatively new to adjusting, what could I change to reduce timing at the high end?

I am also somewhat new to adjusting but from what I’ve gathered I believe you want to increase timing up top. Reducing the boost at the point where timing is being pulled is the correction to be made if I’m not mistaken. I’ve learned a ton from reading this thread and those that regularly contribute to it. Thanks to all.

Might be because you're lifting off the gas pedal a bit by that time. See the pedal parameter. It's not at 100 all the way through the logs

Ah, I do see that now. I didn't know if that would affect it since throttle was still 100. I get nervous going into reline(6k +) My brain says something is gonna break.

First run is 3rd gear MAP 2 FOL at 40.
2nd run is 3rd gear MAP 2 FOL at 45.
Should the car boost more or is it me?
Car has a RES Delete and JB4 Thank You!
Can I go map6 and leave it there til I get mods or is it better the stay on map2?

Diggs, can you explain what “turning off the nanny” means and what it changes?
It's a safety setting that prevents the JB4 from adding more than 9 psi over what the ECU wants.

6cyl timing = 1
allows boost to go 9psi+ over ECU. Prevents you noobs from putting it on map6 and putting 25 all the way down and blowing shit up.
