DPF Removal - MK7 GTD

Anybody on here running a mapped car with the DPF removed ? There seems to be more and more offering this service now. I know it's a MOT failure if detected but believe the emissions are not a problem if mapped correctly.

What difference would you likely feel compared to standard stage 1 as figures arnt hugely different.

The MOT is no longer just based on emissions. If the DPF is missing or has been tampered with the tester will fail it under the new rules.

Yeah I understand that but they still look like there present once removed just missing the internals
