Lube experts - APR Pendulum Mount/Metal dogbone lubrication questions

Ok now that I have your attention ...Planning on installing this today, quick question for those who have installed this or something similar...

I already have an APR dogbone insert on the car...I did not lubricate it at all, just installed it with a new VW stretch bolt and it went in fine...have not had any issues with noise

Now APR has a separate install guide that I didn't notice before for the pendulum and one for the dogbone insert...the dogbone insert says to lubricate it before putting it in

So my couple questions...on a metal dogbone insert rather than a poly bushing style, does lubrication matter as much? Is there anywhere you are lubricating the pendulum mount as well or just the dogbone insert? Thanks. Will update when installed and will probably use some blue loctite just in case

Already installed with a little silicone grease and blue loctite...will post a separate thread with some reviews once I get a little more time behind the wheel

I used plumbers silicone grease I had lying around. Worked great.
