water spots inside headlight

So I noticed some time ago that there's some water spot looking stains inside the headlight cover. I thought it was etched into the outside so I figured I'd wait until to do a paint correction prior to crying to the dealer about it. I hit the headlights with a DA polisher with no luck then looked closer and realized it was from the inside. Will the dealer replace the headlight if my car is still under warranty?

Had the exact same issue on my car (with halogen headlights). It was sorted under warranty in less than a day.
