I was recently in a wreck and my BFI knob was torn off the boot. Long story short, insurance accidently bought me a new BFI knob as well as a stock OEM knob and boot. I have no need for the stock shifter/boot.

It was never installed on the car. It even has the little ear clamp still intact for mounting.

Pictures available when I get the car back from the shop (today or tomorrow).

Sorry to hear about your accident, glad you're OK, but how did you get the insurance to pay for your aftermarket BFI knob?

Wasn't hard really. I showed them that I had an aftermarket knob and they bought another one. No questions asked. I had to order it from BFI, and they sent me a check for the cost. They let me keep the knob they had already ordered.

@gutefahrt: I didn't get a PM if you meant to send one.
