To be fair, there's more people with leather who want cloth than vice versa. Supply and demand puts you at odds for asking for money on top of the trade. You got the SE for all the other things it came with clearly, not the leather. If my car was a 4-dr, I'd be happy to do an even swap with someone who wanted leather.
