Neuspeed power module and Air intake leak fault code??

Installed the Neuspeed power module on my 2015 GTI and now noticed that I have a flutter from time to time . I have a fault code : Air intake leak, no CEL.
Any ideas what's wrong . My gut thinks it's the stock DV. Any information would be much appreciated.

Check the vacuum hose that attaches to the passenger side of the airbox.

check your oil cap as well, if they aren't locked in place properly they will throw an air intake leak fault

Checked vacuum hose and it's connected and looks to be in good condition. Will check oil cap and if that's locked then out comes the module and the car goes to the dealer to let them sort it out.
