No it didn't. I just had an extra $100 burning a hole in my pocket (must have been the 700 hrs of ot I worked last year...) however, someone on the R forums had the oil filter cover cracked by the dealer. I mention that because I have the ECS tuning oil filter cover too....and dip stick. I got it right from racingline with free shipping. Took 3 days to get it.

Got a custom shift knob from a seller on ebay. Will post up a full review and install, but initial impressions are that it is well made. The seller is fantastic to communicate with, will make anything you want and is much lower price thab the other shift knobs available for us, so hopefully it works out.

Got this today. Saw it on a couple of other people's cars and it looks nice. Great quality, and the same size as the GTI badge.

Nice and shiny!

Gonna install it the same time as my Emmanuele Design rear sway bar. Can't justify paying a shop to install something that I can do myself (at least it looks easy on YouTube)

I installed my downpipe myself on my 07 GTI and that was the first installation I ever did on a vehicle. You can do it no worries.

I was installing a Eurocode turbo muffler delete today and dropped the inner gasket :eek:
No idea where it went. Gonna use high temp silicone gasket to replace.
