Paid Subscription for Service Manuals and more?

Volkswagen tells me that they do not include something as simple as a fuse diagram with the car because there may be differences between trims.

So if you go to you can register for an account and PAY quite a high price to look at their documentation.

I can almost understand not making public complete repair manuals. But something as menial as a fuse diagram which is included on a label with every other car I have owned is a terrible business practice.

FFS I have already paid for the vehicle, no one shouldn't have to contact a dealer (who wont give me the information) or PAY to have the diagram.

Figure it falls under the right to repair doesn't it?
