Front bumper repair/replacement

Hi

Managed to hit a pheasant at 30mph yesterday as I had no choice because it was a busy road. So now I have a badly damaged bumper which I thought was bad enough but this morning I am now getting 'Front Assist not available' when I start getting within range of the next car. Also, the parking sensors seem to have a mind of their own and go off at random times.

I seem to have done a fair bit of damage and was wondering if anyone knew how much a new bumper would cost to replace?

Fwiw we had one replaced and the total cost including recovery and replacing parking sensors, one wheel and plastics around the underside of the car came to an eye watering £2.7k. this was insurance, obvs.

I never saw a breakdown of the costs so this may not be a lot of use to you but I would suggest stripping it down and working out what parts you really need and what you can repair/just refit correctly first.
