Any pics of the radiator peg you filed down? What did you use to file it down?Got my BMS Intercooler installed and everything went smooth. Took about 6 hours taking my time. I had printed out the BMS guide but I ended up just using the DAP video as my reference. Supported the assembly with jackstands and a bucket. Managed to get the clips out without breaking anything. Took some time on this step . Got it all back together and backed it off the ramps. Test drive tomorrow. Too rainy and shity out now.
It is a very nice peice and dwarfs the stock intercooler. All the tabs lined up nicely for my 17 Sport. The drivers side snugged up nicely but the passenger side square peg on the radiator would not go all the way in. I filed the plastic down on the radiator square tab so it would slide all the way in. Minor inconvenience.
Although I have not driven the car yet, I can definately recommend this intercooler as far as fitment goes (2017 Sport), and the current price can’t be beat. It seems the fitment issues might be isolated to the Rs with a different radiator. This is purely speculation based on the posts in this thread.

My car has a catback system, intake, JB4 map 2, and BMS Intercooler.
I took a sample with the stock intercooler the day before I put the BMS intercooler in.
