Has anyone created a button guard/cover for the Start/Stop button? I would like one, just to keep me from accidentally pressing it instead of Mode. It might even look kind of nifty, especially if it were made of metal with a hinge, and just possibly resembled something you might in the cockpit of a jet fighter...

It could even be a slightly raised ring (GTI red perhaps?), to increase the tactile discrimination between the buttons, or a shroud that you had to slide your finger underneath to press it.

Thoughts? Is anything already available?

glue a thumbtack to it....it will force you to look and press carefully.

I will not be adding plastic to my GTI. Unless it’s the same plastic that is used in an F-15.

Where would you suggest I get the thumbtack? Does ECS Tuning carry them, or Deutsche? It would need to be carbon fiber. :)
