But compared to 14 Mazda CX-5, it’s no contest. My girl complains the TT is too stiff for long road trips so unless I fight about it, we take the stupid Mazda. Since she barely drives (train commuter) I told her I’m in charge of what we replace the Mazda with. Imagine the Troc with a JB4 and electric shocks on comfort. Perfect non-Mazda solution.
So far I’ve test driven a Turbo CX5, Volvo xc40, Acura A spec Rdx, Honda Passport (I freaking loved this thing 0-60 in 6.2 seconds, NA v6 and we could tow our waverunners around in our retirement years)
The T-Roc would be a near perfect solution for us sans towing.

Add me to the exception to that classification. I didn't buy a BMW, Audi, or Mercedes Benz because I didn't want the badge or the attention (good or bad) that comes with them. The highline golfs, GTI, and golf Rs are very understated, yet they have a very upscale interior. They are also under the radar for most people out there.

Yep, that's why I love my R. It's just a "boring black hatchback". Cops never even look twice in your direction :)
