Bandaid fix for ripped inner door seal?

Here ya go:

I would attempt some swimming pool liner repair (small piece of vinyl with adhesive) to completely cover the hole. Then once that is dry, use a can of Flex Seal over the top of it to make it black and blend in with the rest of the gasket. Be sure to tape off the area from overspray.

If it doesn't last, you are only out less than $20...

Just replace the door seal...problem solved
