Golf GTD Gear Shifts

Hi everyone. I am the new GTD club memeber. Love the car so far but i find the shift from 1->2 second very annoying. I have to be really patient with the clutch to find the smooth shifting point. Any shift between 2000-3500 makes it judder and fast shifting is not a great experience. So either shift at very low rpm or very high rpm. Also first gear seems kinda slugish when going past 2000 rpm.

Does anybody have some type of advice on this?

I got my gearbox tuned by extreme tuning and the shifts are much smoother . Also I got the ECU mapped which created 240 BHP and 475 torque on the dyno . The gearbox map is well worth the money
