Agree. ET35 would be the max.
Here are my RPF1 18x8 ET35 with 225/40/18 tires. Totally stock suspension. It is a 2016 but I don't think that would make a difference for this.
They do not rub, even at the track. Any lower or a wider tire and they most likely would in the front. It is hard to tell from there pics but the tires are flush with the fender in the front.
