But to answer your question - it isn't a total but it will be an expensive reply. The wheel took a hit and it sounds like it doesn't drive since you need to have it towed.

Not sure how insurance works in HK, but in the US your rates would increase

From the impact location (behind driver's wheel), that could have only happened if he was in the middle of a pretty sharp lane change and the car that hit him had to be pretty close to hit the OP on/slightly behind the wheel..
