I have a set of 4 Continental ExtremeContact Sports in 225/40R-18 (OEM size) for sale. (These are summer tires, not all-seasons!)
I am selling because I don't drive the GTI a whole lot anymore (take public transit to work) and I want to simplify and ditch my second set of wheels/tires.
These were purchased from Tire Rack in August 2017. The tires only have about 7k miles on them and have never been tracked or abused; maybe 80% casual driving, 20% spirited around-town driving. No plugs, patches, or other issues.
Grab these and be ready for the spring weather! These are the perfect daily summer tire, great in the dry and wet with a slightly more compliant ride than some other summer tires.
I am asking $220 picked up in the DC Metro area. Due to the size/weight I’m not willing to ship.
