Not trying to be smart with my answer, but as noted in the first post this is brand new and never opened factory sealed box.

What you'd be getting is the same thing as you would be getting if this downpipe was shipped directly to you from AWE.

So no warranty then. Thanks for checking but that's really the only reason for me to look at AWE downpipes. Need that CEL-free guarantee.
