Plastic cover for retrofitting facelift rearview mirror.

I have a Golf R 2015 with rain sensor and light sensor but without line change assist or road sign recognizing.
I've retrofitted facelift rearview mirror from 7.5 which working perfect, but my plastic cover doesn't work with this mirror.
Would you, please, let me know the OEM P/N of the plastic cover which will work with retrofitted 7.5 rearview mirror?

Note that there are multiple part numbers avaialable for the trim pieces, depends on the features - Front Camera, Rain Sensor, Mirror type and Color.
