Glove box rattle, but not glove box

Hi there,

So recently I started having rattle issues (sounds like knocking, but isn't engine). It tends to happen when going into first gear while letting out the clutch. Although I took it to a shop today and the tech got on the gas a few times up and down the road and it started to happen while driving normally and hitting small bumps. Both the mechanics and I thought it was possible the exhaust, then struts, but it is neither.

Has anyone had any problems like this? I am worried because at the very end they said it could be the transmission (possibly a bearing).

I am stage2+ w/stage 2 endurance clutch and all the necessary bolt-ons.

Was it there before the new clutch install?

Absolutely not, the clutch has been in for 10k miles or so. It is on the opposite side where I typically get some chatter from the SMF.
