MY’18 with 5F control unit - isolated radio static

Anyone else seen this? Only on 107.9 FM in our ‘18 Alltrack has a weird static, almost like a blown speaker. You can only really hear it during music. My ‘17 R is fine, no issues. Doesn’t matter where we are in relation to the station, it always does it. Other ‘18’s at the dealer lot seem to do it too. They are going to check more.

Can someone with an ‘18 that isn’t in the Southern Ontario region check that station and see if you have the issue? Trying to determine a car design vs station issue...

Can someone who has a local FM station 107.9 and a 2018 Golf please check the station and let me know if it has any weird static during music? Dealer and us are pretty sure it isn’t the specific station here.
