He did quantify - " it sure doesn't park like a small car". Maybe not the most thoughtful way to say it but it's a valid OPINION which, if I'm not mistaken is allowed in conversations.He needs to quantify his "quibble" in this regard.
I offered him a suggestion - turn the wheel more as well as said what YOU said - I think the turning radius is fine.
There you go! That's a mostly reasonable reply. "I think it's OK. What cars are better? Here are some examples...." Why can't you just reply with that? That's how conversations work. Instead of attacking, why not try and convince him where he's mistaken? DISCUSS instead of bash.But my experience is that my GTI turns inside itself, practically. Hence my question: what is his reference point for a car that has a turning radius he *doesn't* quibble with, if in fact he quibbles with the Golf's turning radius?
