Subs are cut and dry, same process on a Camry or a GTI or a Ferrari.

I built a box similar to chid's. Same install process as the MK7 which has already been documented. It's fairly straight forward. The only thing I don't see much of is how people have hooked it up to the battery. Direct or through the distribution block.

I went direct:
The fuse hides under the battery cover when it's closed. I plan to replace the fuse with a circuit breaker, just for additional convenience.

My car doesn’t have the CD player in the glovebox so would I just take all the same steps behind the touch screen??
