For folks who tune their own ride, do you guys use a battery charger/maintainer/tender or whatever you wanna call it when tuning and/or detuning your car? If so, which one do you use?

It's a very good idea, 10amp minimum and turn off the headlights and such

I used a 2amp charger and it went smoothly.

I think Cobb recommends a 10a as one user used a 2a and it wasn't quite enough when he did two back to back flashes iirc.
