Line through mk7.5 Golf R screen

So I’ve had my 2018 Golf R for just over a week and noticed the other night there is a line (top to bottom) through my infotainment screen. At first I thought it was a crack but it is under the screen. The display has a line through it. Has anyone else experienced this before? Such a odd thing for such a new car but I’ll bring my car into vw and this should 100% be covered by warranty
