rear trim removal

I need an assist, how do you remove the rear hatch trim piece that holds the 12V outlet? I removed the single Torx screw from the center of the "peg" that the parcel shelf snaps down on, but this trim piece will not budge

Thank for anything that points me in right direction

thanks, I'm not sure that this covers my model year, I have a 2016, I found something that looked similar(pdf page#315 / manual page# 307), but mine is a little different
thank you again! lots of good info in there.

yep, it might be but the diagram being referenced is not shown,
