Fixed Service: Minor @ 1year or 10,000 miles

  • The routine servicing recommended by Volkswagen
1 x Oil service at 10,000 miles or 12 months which includes:

  • Oil and filter change
  • Braking system check including lining thickness
  • Reset service interval display
  • Stamp in service book
Also including a vehicle health check (a 34 point check, looking at the basics to ensure your car is in good working order) plus a wash and vacuum.
Major @ 2years, 20,000 miles
1 x Oil and inspection service at 20,000 miles or 24 months which includes:

  • Oil service (as per 1st service), plus:
    • Check to front/rear lighting
    • Windscreen/wash wipe system
    • Full brake system
    • Check fluid levels, battery and tyres
    • Transmission system check
    • Dust and Pollen filter (if required)
    • Road test
Also including a vehicle health check (a 34 point check, looking at the basics to ensure your car is in good working order) plus a wash and vacuum.
Minor @ 3 years / 30,000 miles
1 x Oil and inspection service with extended scope at 30,000 miles or 36 months, which includes:

  • Oil and inspection service (as per 2nd service), plus:
    • Check to interior and exterior body for corrosion and damage
    • Headlight alignment
    • Check interior lighting
    • Check of steering, suspension system and exhaust system
    • 1 x Brake fluid change at 36 months if required in contract period only
Also including a vehicle health check (a 34 point check, looking at the basics to ensure your car is in good working order) plus a wash and vacuum.
