There are none in Florida but it seems you can do mail in. I try to buy cheaper NOS phones that I can just throw away.

Unless it's a pricey new device...I'd just get another one. I paid $150 OTD for a new iPhone SE this June. If I cracked the screen...I'd just go buy another SE.
