It's a sheet of aluminium grill mesh in black, the holes sizes are (H)10mm x (W)15mm and the sheet was (H)40cm x (H)100cm, i only needed to use about 25cm x 100cm.
Took me a while to find but eventually found it on eBay, and i'm in UK from a seller called mk.tuning11, item number 151825613482 was £15 and i don't think i could have bought anything better

I re-purposed the G from when I de-badged "Golf" and removed the "I" from TDI to re-badged her "GTD"
Tonight I changed the welcome screen to "GTD"
If I could only find a GTI bumper on the cheap.

I just bought two of these off Ebay. Don't have them yet, so not sure of the quality. I am thinking of putting one on the engine cover under the TSI and one on the dash maybe on that strip over the glove box.
That is if the quality is good.

Recently wrapped the steering wheel. This was the absolute biggest of bitches. I literally gave myself a blister in the process of doing the stitching.
Also tinted the headlights using Vvivid's tint.
