I should have clarified.
No stock turbo gti/R is keeping up with THAT mustang. He didn't say what was done, but from results, it seems he is at least fbo and tune. That should put him at 125 trap as stock is about 118 trap.
Tar being said, RJ's would be close. Don't remember what he trapped.

That's a '13 with only gears and a tune, and it takes a lot more than that to trap 125 in a '13.
That's about a 117-118mph car.

I thought the one he crashed was a 2013 and assumed what he was driving was newer. But that was never stated. Watching it again, realized he wasn't really pulling away from the faster cars like the Vette and zl1, so you're probably right. Just his shorter gears giving him the jump.
