And it adds an icon to the CAR menu that says Additional Camera, does it add this for you guys too?

Well, in the adaptations of 5F Under Vehicle Configuration ive found RVC_video_input: FBAS
Is it FBAS in your cars? FBAS seems to be an adapter for installing a camera.(Not sure about it tho)

If that's the adaptation you're on about, then yeah, it's set to FBAS.
Yes it is, thats a relief. my headunit came off a passat, so i thought the rvc settings might be different because of the area view.

Dunno where you've bought this camera from, but it's been knicked from the factory before it reached the end of the line.
Very dodgy.
Bought it off ebay, I Have another place i can buy it from, i will ask them if they can code it before sending it.

Yea but ODIS seems to be more common and easier, Was told the proccess is automatic In ODIS.
